Our Lady of LaSalette Catholic Church was established in 1958 and has been growing ever since. The original Church building was renovated and expanded in 2006. In 2018 a beautiful Shrine to Our Lady of LaSalette was completed on the Church grounds as an addition to the existing prayer garden. The Shrine is open to the public and all are invited to visit the Shrine to pray, meditate, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We hope to spread the message Mary shared at LaSalette and bring all of us closer to Jesus Christ her Son.
Our history dates back to the mid-19th century when two children, Maximin and Melanie, experienced a Marian apparition at LaSalette-Fallavaux, France, in 1846. This was when the Blessed Mother appeared to two shepherd children at LaSalette, a small hamlet in the French Alps. Through the children she gave her message of "Reconciliation" to the world. She insisted that this message be made known to all her people. At Our Lady of LaSalette, a small and prayerful church, we strive to embody this message, welcoming everyone as part of our loving family. With a stunning shrine and an exquisite prayer garden, we invite you to experience the tranquility and grace that surrounds us.
