Catholic Daughters

 Fr. Joseph Decoteau # 2793

We are starting up a new Court of Catholic Daughters of the Americas at Our Lady of La Salette. We are the Court of Fr. Joseph Decoteau #2793. We are looking for women to join our Court, we will be the charter members of this court. We are one of the largest international organizations of Catholic women in the world, dedicated to strengthening our spiritual life through Christ and His Church. We were founded in 1903 by the Knights of Columbus in Utica, New York, and currently have Courts in 42 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Mexico, Peru, and Kenya. We are all Catholic lay and religious women 18 years or older who love and support the Church and wish to participate in social and charitable activities. We will have many different ways to serve Christ and our Church, by supporting our Priest, Bishop and Clergy. Also encourage vocations to religious life. We will participate in Habitat for Humanity and Right to Life activities. We support and promote patriotism and patriotic activities. We will strive to promote evangelization through public relations and the media. We will also be able to assist the unfortunate, the underprivileged and the homeless as well as help assist battered woman and children. It is a great opportunity to join because as a member of CDA you can give of your time, talents, ideas, knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm. Plus, as a member of CDA you will receive spiritual enhancement, leadership skills, broadened your horizons, and have a wonderful sense of accomplishments, all to together with a wonderful community of Sisters in Christ. We have a great program called the Circle of Love that has 7 points selected to indicate the needs of the Church and community for us to serve as Catholic Daughters.
